Tóm tắt
    Nấm sợi Trichoderma được nghiên cứu rộng rãi vì khả năng sinh tổng hợp lượng lớn β-1,3-glucanase có khả năng phân giải vách tế bào nấm. Đề tài này nhằm nghiên cúu sự cảm ứng và biểu hiện các isoform có hoạt tính của β-1,3-glucanase khi Trichoderma TN07 phát triển trên các nguồn cơ chất khác nhau. Ảnh hưởng của nguồn cơ chất đến mức độ hoạt tính β-1,3-glucanase trong dịch lọc môi trường nuôi cấy TN07 được khảo sát. Hoạt tính enzyme hiện diện ở tất cả các nguồn cơ chất nhưng hoạt tính cao nhất khi pachyman (β-1,3-glucan) và các vách tế bào nấm tinh sạch được sử dụng. 2 isoform biểu hiện đối với pachyman, trong khi đó chỉ có một isoform biểu hiện với vách tế bào nấm tinh sạch Phytophthora capsici

Abstract
    The filamentous fungus Trichoderma is widely studied for its ability to produce high amounts of β-1,3-glucanases, the enzyme systems capable of degradation fungal cell walls. Here, we report the study on the induction and the expression of β-1,3-glucanase activity isoforms when TN07 grew on the different carbon sources. The effect of carbon sources on the level of β-1,3-glucanase in the culture filtrates of TN07 was investigated. Enzyme activity was detected in all carbon sources, but highest levels were found when pachyman (β- 1,3-glucan) and purified cell walls were used. Two isoforms were produced on pachyman, while only one was detected when the fungus TN07 was grown on purified cell wall from Phytophthora capsici
