    Các cặp cá Khoang Cổ Đỏ (Amphiprion frenatus) bố mẹ thu từ ngoài tự nhiên có khả năng thích nghi và sinh sản trong điều kiện nuôi giữ. Kết quả các thí nghiệm cho thấy, các yếu tố nhiệt độ, độ muối và sự hiện diện của sinh vật cộng sinh Hải Quì Chân Tím (Heteractis magnifica) có quan hệ chặt chẽ đến khả năng sinh sản và tái thành thục của cá bố mẹ cũng như khả năng kết dính của trứng với giá thể. Trong điều kiện nhiệt độ ổn định 26ºC và sự có mặt của Hải Quì Chân Tím, ở độ muối 33 đến 35‰, các cặp cá bố mẹ bắt đầu sinh sản sau 51 ngày thuần dưỡng. Cá sinh sản trung bình 2đợt/tháng, thời gian tái sinh sản từ 3 đến 5 ngày. Quá trình phát triển phôi trên giá thể kéo dài từ 9 đến 10 ngày. Ở độ muối 27-29‰, thời gian tái sinh sản của cá kéo dài từ 5 đến 9 ngày, phôi bị rụng toàn bộ khỏi giá thể sau 9 ngày đẻ. Ở độ muối 40- 42‰, cá bố mẹ ngừng sinh sản.
 

ACCLIMATIZATING TECHNIQUES OF TOMATO ANEMONEFISH

Abstract
    Tomato Anemonefish (Amphiprion frenatus) brood stocks from the wild were able to adapt and breed in capture condition. The results from experiments showed that temperature, salinity and presence of Magnificent Sea Anemone (Heteractis magnifica) closely related to ability of spawning, re-spawning of the brood stocks as well as egg adhesion to collectors. In stable condition of 260C with the presence of the Magnificent Sea Anemone, at salinity of 33-35‰, the brood stocks started spawning after 51days of acclimatization. The brood stocks spawned twice monthly in average and re-spawned after 3 to 5 days. Embryodevelopment on the collectors lasted 5 to 9days. At salinity of 27 to 29‰, the re-spawning time lasted 5 to 9 days, the embryos were completely de-adhesive from the collectors after 9days of spawning. At salinity of 40 to 42‰, the brood stocks stopped spawning.
