Tóm tắt

 

Anthocyanin có trong dịch treo tế bào có nguồn gốc tử diệp và trụ hạ diệp cây mầm bắp cải đỏ trong môi trường MS lỏng có bổ sung 2,4-D 1mg/l và kinetin 2mg/l. Sự hiện diện của L-glutamin 100mg/l  và L-prolin 230mg/l trong môi trường nuôi cấy thúc đẩy sự tổng hợp và tích lũy anthocyanin trong tế bào.

ANTHOCYANIN PRODUCTION FROM RED CABBAGE (BRASSICA OLERACEA L.) CELL SUSPENSION CULTURES

Abstract

 

Ability of cell suspension cultures to synthesize anthocyanin was tested. Cell suspensions were initiated from cotyledons and hypocotyles of red cabbage, using a liquid medium containing 1mg/l 2,4-D and 2mg/l kinetin. Anthocyanin content was measured during the growth of the cell suspensions. Anthocyanin biosynthesis in the cells increased upon treatment with 100mg/l L-glutamine and 230mg/l L-proline.
