Tóm tắt

 

            Thuốc trừ sâu ethofenprox (trebon^R) là một loại thuốc trừ sâu mới thuộc nhóm pyrethroid không chứa nhóm ester. Thuốc trừ sâu này được tổng hợp bằng phản ứng ngưng tụ giữa alcol p-ethoxyneophyl và bromur 3-phenoxybenzyl. Trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi điều chế alcol p-ethoxyneophyl theo một qúa trình bắt đầu từ isobutanol trong 3 giai đoạn: dehidrat hoá isobutanol thành isobutylen, oxid hoá isobutylen thành oxid isobutylen và alkyl hoá phenetol với oxid isobutylen theo phản ứng Friedel-Crafts thành alcol p-ethoxyneophyl.

 

 

 

SYNTHESIS OF P-ETHOXYNEOPHYL ALCOHOL, A SYNTON FOR THE PREPARATION OF ETHOFENPROX INSECTICIDE

Abstract

           

            Ethofenprox (trebon^R) is a new non-ester pyrethroid insecticide. It has been synthesized from the reaction of p-ethoxyneophyl alcohol with 3-phenoxybenzyl bromide. In this research, we prepared p-ethoxyneophyl alcohol from isobutanol in three steps: dehydration of isobutanol to isobutylene, oxidation of isobutylene to oxide isobutylene and alkylation of phenetole with oxide isobutylene by Friedel – Crafts reaction to p-ethoxyneophyl alcohol.
