kết quả điều tra về hiện trạng môi trường, khai thác tài nguyên,
đặc biệt là tài nguyên
rừng, diện tích rừng ngày càng bị
thu hẹp, và tài nguyên
đất cũng bị suy thoái,
ô nhiễm… Đó là lý do cần
nghiên cứu và đề xuất biện pháp bảo vệ tài nguyên
và môi trường.
