Tóm tắt

 

Mục tiêu của đề tài nghiên cứu là nhằm tìm hiểu môi trường dinh dưỡng khoáng và giá thể thích hợp cho nuôi trồng thủy canh không hồi lưu cây con Saintpaulia.

Kết quả nhận được cho thấy cây con Saintpaulia tăng trưởng, phát triển tốt trong giá thể vỏ trấu tươi trộn xơ dừa theo tỷ lệ 1:1. Trong 5 môi trường thí nghiệm (MS ¼, MS ½, Knop, Knudson C, đối chứng trồng trong đất) thì môi trường MS¼, có hàm lượng khóang giảm ¼, thích hợp nhất để nuôi trồng bằng phương pháp thủy canh không hồi lưu.

Phương pháp này không những giúp cây con tăng trưởng và phát triển tốt mà còn làm  giảm thời gian chăm sóc và cho phép kiểm soát nguồn bệnh.

CULTURE OF SAINTPAULIA BY NON – RECIRCULATING HYDROPONICS METHOD

Abstract

 

The aim of the paper is to present some recent results in the study of the nutrient solutions and the suitable substrates for culture of Saintpaulia young plants by using non-recirculating hydroponics method.

The obtained results show that the young plants of Saintpaulia well grow and develop in the medium of rice shells mixed with coconut shells in ratio of 1:1. Among five experiment media (MS ¼, MS ½, Knop, Knudson C, control in soil), the MS ¼ with reduction of ¼  mineral content is the most appropriate for non-recirculating hydroponics.

By using this method, the young plants of Saintpaulia well grow and develop, the time for take care young plants is reduced, the pest and disease are controllable.
