Tóm tắt

Sau liều sơ bộ bằng hỗn hợp 13,33 mcg (D- Ala⁶, Pro⁹ Net) - mGnRH (LRH-A, Trung Quốc) và 2mg domperidon (Dom; Motilium-M, Jannsen, Thái Lan) cho mỗi kg cá cái, đã thăm dò liều quyết định kích thích cá trắm cỏ bằng 17,20P ở các mức lần lượt 3, 4, 5mg/kg. Xác định liều tối ưu là 4mg/kg. Những lô thí nghiệm ở quy mô sản xuất với mức 4mg/kg cho tỷ lệ đẻ, tỷ lệ thụ tinh và nở là đạt yêu cầu sản xuất. Đã thảo luận về kết quả của các chỉ tiêu sinh sản khi sử dụng 17,20P và LRH-A (chất kích thích hiện đang sử dụng tại địa phương) trong  cùng điều kiện sinh sản và mức độ thành thục của cá.

Abstract

After a priming with the combination consisted of 13,33 mcg (D- Ala⁶, Pro⁹ Net) - mGnRH (LRH-A, China) and 2mg domperidon (Dom; Motilium-M, Jannsen, Thailand) per female kg, the resolving doses of  17,20P (3, 4, 5 mg/kg) for oocyte maturation and ovulation on a grass carp Ctenopharyngodon idellus   were tested. The resolving optimal dose of 17,20P was 4 mg/kg. The tests of  the 4mg/kg  dose  following production scale brought the spawing, fertilization and hatching percentages that met productive requirements. The results in terms of breeding indices of the grass carp induced by  17,20P and LRH-A (a kind of hormone has been using in localities) in the same breeding condition and mature level were discussed.
