Tóm tắt

 

            Hai benzophenon phức tạp là thorelion và clusianon, cùng với một chromanol là d-tocotrienol, một xanthon là caloxanthon L, một terpen là friedelin và một sterol là stigmasterol đã được cô lập từ vỏ cây còng mù u (Calophyllum thorelii Pierre). Cấu trúc của các hợp chất này được xác định bằng phương pháp phổ nghiệm và phương pháp hóa học. Thorelion (1) là một hợp chất mới chưa được tìm thấy trên thế giới.

Abstract:

 

Two polyisoprenylated benzophenones, thorelione and clusianone, a chromanol, d-tocotrienol, a xanthone, caloxanthone L, a terpenoid, friedelin and a sterol, stigmasterol, were isolated from the bark of Calophyllum thorelii Pierre. Structure identification was performed using spectroscopic and chemical methods. Thorelione (1) has not been reported previously.
