HOA VÀ TRANH BẰNG VI SINH VẬT

Tóm tắt

 

Vi tảo Chlorella vốn tạo khuẩn lạc màu xanh lục và các đột biến sắc tố của nó có nhiều màu sắc như vàng, cam, lục nhạt. Vi khuẩn lam Spirulina có màu lam. Đột biến ade^– mất khả năng tổng hợp adenine của nấm men Saccharomyces cerevisiae có khuẩn lạc màu đỏ.

Sử dụng màu của các chủng vi sinh vật nói trên có thể tạo hình hoa và tranh trên bề mặt môi trường rắn agar hay giá đở cellulose vi khuẩn.

Abstract

 

The green microalgue haves natural green color and the pigment mutants of this algue give different color : yellow, orange, pale green,… The Cyanobacteria Spirulina haves the natural blue-green color. The yeast mutant ade^–  of  Saccharomyces cerevisiae haves red color.

The combination of this different color of microbial color colonies, we can draw the flowers and pictures on the surface of solid agar or bacterial cellulose medium.
