tắt: Một
số cây chi Hedyotis như cây Hedyotis
corymbosa, Hedyotis diffusa
được sử dụng theo y học cổ truyền
để chữa nhiễm trùng, rắn cắn, ung thư.
Các tài liệu cho thấy ở Việt Nam có nhiều cây thuộc chi nầy và
chưa được thế giới nghiên cứu về
thành phần hóa học. Tại các tỉnh Đồng nai,
Bình phước, Lâm đồng, chúng tôi đã thu hái
được một vài cây Hedyotis
như Hedyotis biflora, Hedyotis
heynii, Hedyotis nigricans, Hedyotis merguensis, Hedyotis herbacea. Từ các cây nêu trên,
đã điều chế cao
alcol để khảo sát
định tính hóa học bằng sắc ký lớp mỏng
và thử nghiệm họat tính sinh học như tính kháng
khuẩn, thử nghiệm độc tính Brine shrimp. Ngòai ra
chúng tôi cũng vừa tìm ra được thêm một
số cây nữa như Hedyotis philippinensis, Hedyotis
nigrescens, Hedyotis scoparia, Hedyotis trinervia, Hedyotis hispida. Các nghiên cứu vẫn
đang tiếp tục.
CONTRIBUTION TO THE STUDY OF CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS AND BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES
OF SOME PLANTS OF HEDYOTIS
(RUBIACEAE) GROWING IN VIET NAM.
Abstract: Some plants of this genus Hedyotis such as H. corymbosa,
H. diffusa were traditionally used to
cure wounds, snake bite and cancer. The literature showed that in Viet Nam
there are many plants of Hedyotis that have not yet been studied in the
world. From Dong Nai, Binh Phuoc, Lam Dong, we collected Hedyotis biflora, Hedyotis heynii, Hedyotis nigricans, Hedyotis
merguensis, Hedyotis herbacea and recently Hedyotis philippinensis, Hedyotis nigrescens,
Hedyotis scoparia, Hedyotis trinervia,
Hedyotis hispida. From the
five first plants, we prepared the ethanolic extracts to do the preliminary tests
in chemistry and biology. The research has been continued.
