Tóm tắt

 

Colchicin (1) và hai dẫn xuất của colchicin là 3-O-demetylcolchicin (2) và  3-O-demetylcolchicine-3-O--D-glucopyranosid (3) đã được cô lập từ củ cây ngọt nghẹo (Gloriosa superba L.), họ Hành tỏi (Liliaceae). Cấu trúc hóa học của chúng đã được xác định bằng các phương pháp phổ nghiệm.

Abstract

 

            Colchicine (1) and its two derivatives 3-O-demethylcolchicine (2) and 3-O-demethyl-3-O--D-glucopyranoside (3) have been isolated from the roots of Gloriosa superba L. (Liliaceae family). Their chemical structures were elucidated by using spectroscopic methods.
