Tóm tắt

 

Dịch treo tế bào Taxus wallichiana Zucc. được tạo từ mô sẹo có nguồn gốc thân non cây thông đỏ Lâm Đồng (giâm cành) 2 năm tuổi trên môi trường B5 lỏng có bổ sung auxin và cytokinin với nồng độ thay đổi. Dịch treo tế bào tăng trưởng tốt trong môi trường có bổ sung 2,4-D và kinetin nhưng bị ức chế bởi NAA và BA. Ảnh hưởng của auxin và cytokinin trên sự tăng trưởng của dịch treo tế bào được thảo luận.

INFLUENCES OF AUXINS AND CYTOKININS ON THE GROWTH OF TAXUS WALLICHIANA ZUCC. CELL SUSPENSION CULTURE

Abstract

 

A cell suspension culture was established from friable calli derived from young stems of two-year old Lamdong yew (Taxus wallichiana Zucc.), on B5 liquid medium with the plant growth regulators auxins and cytokinins at different concentrations. 2,4-D and kinetin stimulated growth of the cell suspension culture, but NAA and BA inhibited this growth. Influences of auxins and cytokinins on the growth of the cell suspension culture was discussed.
