cellulose, vsv phân giải lân, xạ khuẩn, nấm men –
BIODIVERSITY OF
ACRISOLS IN INCREASING ORGANIC MATTER Ta Hung Anh, Le thi Thu Thuy, Diep thi

Zarli2 1 Faculty of Biology, 2 Université Paris XII Abstract In wet tropical climate, organic matter
is decomposed rapidly, causes trouble to the activities of soil as well as to
the suppliment organic matter to plants. In the South-East of Vietnam, the area
of Acrisols (or gray ferruginous soil)
is very large but so poor in organic matter. The research on the
activities of soil, ameliorated organic matter, is not only scientifically
interesting but aslo practial, by evaluating the growing of two popularly-planted plants: bamboo - Thyrsostachys siamensis (Kurz) Gamble and corn - Zea mays L. The results
of this research indicate the amelioration of several characteristics such as:
increasing soil acidity (pH), clay content, capacity of maximum water retention
(CMR %), total nitrogen content and available phosphorus content (P2O5),
but not increasing the potassium content
(K2O) which is seriously deficient in this soil. Soil texture
progresses well: capacity and density decrease but porosity increases, while the
biodiversity of the organism system in acrisols
increases obviously such as: the quantity of mesofauna,
Collembola
and the microorganism (aerobic bacteria, cellulose decomposed, phosphate decomposited microorganism, yeast, mould, Actinomyces. The
combination of using increasing organic matter and
NPK minerals increases
significantly the biomass of nulgar bamboo and
yield of corn. Keywords: Acrisols, fertility, biodiversity, organic matter, bamboo Thyrsosstachys siamensis, corn. |
