Tóm tắt:
Vỏ cà phê là
phế liệu chủ yếu ở các vùng nhiệt
đới trên thế giới. Hằng năm, ở Việt Nam, lượng vỏ cà phê
thải vào môi trường khoảng 383.000 tấn, chứa hàm lượng hữu cơ cao 93,65%. Trong đó hai
thành phần khó phân hủy
pectin và cellulose chiếm
tỷ lệ lớn 40,50% và 28,64%, nên quá trình
phân hủy tự nhiên thường chậm kéo dài trên
8 tháng và gây ô nhiễm môi trường. Chúng tôi sử
dụng Aspergillus niger và tạo
chế phẩm enzym có hoạt
tính pectinase và cellulase cao
nên rút ngắn
thời gian phân hủy xuống còn 14 ngày, và làm
giảm 53% tổng lượng pectin và 33,7% tổng lượng
cellulose .

Abstract:
Coffee pulp is an
important by-product in tropical countries where manufacture is well-developed.
In Vietnam,
about 383,000 tons of coffee pulp are discarded into the environment every year. It
contains a large amount of organic compounds (93,65%),
in which pectine & cellulose are two principal
components (40,50% & 28,64%). This makes natural degradation processes of
coffee pulp to take more than eight months and
cause environment contaminated. We applied a fermentation technology for
processing coffee pulp by Aspergillus niger
which could produce pectinase
& cellulase enzyme products with strong
activities. This technology was highly effective for degradation of a
remarkable amount of pectine & cellulose (53%
& 33,7% of dry weight of coffee pulp) within just
about fourteen days. Depending on the result of some chemical figures such as
nitrogen, potassium, phosphore, etc., and the standard of micro-organisms, we concluded
that the organic fertilizer from fermented coffee pulp met criteria of a highly qualified organic fertilizer. The project is
helpful to reuse polluted wastes to make new useful products for human beings.
It also contributes to the improvement of the environment for a sustainable ecological agriculture.
